It’s 1650, and being a Musketeer means everyone wants to kill you. It’s a tough business, but when you’re wrongly accused of a crime you still get punished for it. Someone wants to make sure you’re out of the picture, otherwise who would go through the trouble of framing you? Now you’re imprisoned in the Bastille, and you have a chance to escape. It’s going to be a long hike, and a dangerous one at that. But with a little perseverance, you can make it out. However once you escape, the real quest begins. Finding the one who attempted to silence you so that you wouldn’t meddle in their evil affairs will be the main objective.
To get out of the Bastille, now there’s a real challenge. It’s going to be a difficult run just to get this quest off the ground. As Enrique LeBleu, you’ll be navigating this 2.5D side-scrolling world dodging a rain of arrows and fighting other sword-wielding warriors like yourself. One-on-one combat might not be so challenging as you may learn early on. But when the arrows are flying from two different perches and you’re trying to fend off two or three guards with swords in your face, the game won’t seem as easy. Don’t worry about dying so much, if you get absolutely annihilated, you can run back and show them who’s boss (or get wrecked 17 more times)!
Played it? We’d love to know what you thought about it.
